How do you play ladder golf?

The first step is to determine a toss line approximately five paces from the ladder. Then, each player or team is given three bolas of the same color with the objective of tossing them onto one of the three rungs of the ladder to earn a score of 21.

A note on scoring

Each rung on the ladder is worth a different amount of points. The bottom one is worth a single point, the middle one is worth two, and the top one is worth three points. Since the objective of this fun outdoor game is to earn 21 points, it's important to note that if a player goes over this number, they automatically default back to the point total of the prior round.
