While the photo appears to have rigid sides making the bag retain it's nicely designed shape, this is not the case. Instead the balls roll around within and bag sags. It has a zip flat pocket on the top, handy for storing rule book. Design is adequate for containing the balls in storage on the shelf and recreational transport of bocce balls.

I needed a new bag for my Bocce set but didn't like the construction of my previous model because it didn't keep it's shape once the heavy bocce balls were inside. I ordered this one because it looked more sturdy, but as soon as I put the bocce set inside, all the balls fell to the bottom and the bag became a funny upside-down pyramid shape instead of a cube, as it's designed. I ended up lining the bag with four pieces of stiff cardboard and it seems to be working, but as soon as they get wet I'll have to look for a new method. I wish someone would come up with a good bocce ball carrying case. This is as good as the next thing out there, but still doesn't do the job well.
